Serviced apartments in Bangkok are run and operated just like a standard hotel in most parts. You get the same housekeeping service, front desk assistance and security. Most serviced apartments have excellent facilities for guest use such as fitness center, swimming pool, sauna and laundry service and machines.
All guest friendly hotels require Thai I.D. cards from ladies who spend the night with you. Most serviced apartments don't require visiting ladies to do so, because in essence the rooms are your private living quarters. So be careful who you bring up. And you are obviously responsible for any damages that may be caused just like any other regular hotel.

A very nice hotel located in a quiet area. Not only is it close to Soi Cowboy it is also close to the oil massage parlors located around the BTS station Phrom Phrong. The posh Emporium Mall is close too and a great place to people watch.

Citadines is technically a serviced apartment so you'll often find a small kitchen. It's very well run and as you can see from the video very modern and clean. It's about a 5 minute walk to Soi Cowboy.
Citadines Sukhumvit 8 - 1750 THB
77/7 Sukhumvit Road Soi 8
This Citadines is the closest to Nana Entertainment Plaza. About a 10 minute walk away. The rooms here are very nice and great for long term stay.
Citadines Sukhumvit 16 - 1850 THB

This is another Citadines property just south of Soi Cowboy, about a 10 minute walk. It's close to the Sky Train as well to get you around the areas of Bangkok.
President Park Bangkok - 2299 THB

President Park is located near the the oil massage parlors and Emporium shopping mall too. It's one of the most popular guest friendly hotels because of the rates and quality. It also doesn't hurt that you can call up oil massage girls to your room easily.
Soi Cowboy is just a short 5 minute taxi ride away.
Centre Point Petchburi - 2350 THB

This is the first serviced apartment I first stayed in when I started working in Bangkok. It's not near any red light districts, however they are in easy reach. The rooms are very well kept and the staff are excellent.
If you can, ask for a high floor room facing Petchburi Road for a better view of the city. Plus the rooms are a little bigger on that side of the building.
Centre Point Silom Bangkok - 2600 THB

Hands down one of the best places to stay in Bangkok in terms of quality and value. Just like an apartment back at home no one will give you a problem with whomever you bring to your room. Ask for a room with a view of the river. Not the closest hotel to Patpong, about a 20 minute taxi ride.
Better yet hop on the Sky Train at Saphan Taksin BTS station and get off at Sala Daeng BTS station, a 5 minute ride.
Centre Point Sukhumvit 10 - 2700 THB
39 Sukhumvit Road Soi 10
This is another good serviced apartment run by Centre Point. To be quite honest you can't go wrong by staying in their rooms. It's about a 5 minute taxi ride to Nana Entertainment Plaza. The Nana BTS station to take the Sky Train is not far either. And just like most of the other hotels in the area there are lots of freelancers on the main drag of Sukhumvit road.
Jasmine Executive Suites - 2800 THB

Soi Cowboy leads right into this hotel so it's in a very strategic location. I mean literally it's just right out the door.
You're also close to the BTS Asok station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Not a bad place to stay at all.
Centre Point Langsuan - 3050 THB

This Centre Point is located in a quiet area. The nearest BTS station is Chidlom and it'll take you to all of the red light districts easily in about 10 to 15 minutes.
Ascott Sathorn Hotel - 3200 THB
187 South Sathorn Road
The Ascott is about a 10 min taxi ride to Patpong. Technically this property is a serviced apartment. But you still get the same full service as a hotel. It's a very clean hotel and if you like a quiet location than this would be the right choice for you.
Emporium Suites Bangkok - 3800 THB
622 Sukhumvit Road
The Emporium Suites is attached to the Emporium shopping mall, a very popular place for Thai's with money to shop and eat in. There are loads of oil massage parlors around this area to visit.
Soi Cowboy is just a short 5 minute taxi ride away.
Grand Centre Point Ratchadamri - 4250 THB

When it comes to luxury hotels this is a bargain. A friend of mine stayed here for business so I had a chance to take a look at this property. The guest facilities in this Centre Point is incredible such as the swimming pool and fitness center. It's not close to any red light districts, so you'll have to hop on the Sky Train at Chidlom station, which is about 10 minutes walk away. You will be close to some of the nicest department stores however.
Mayfair Marriott Serviced Executive Apartments - 4500 THB

Most westerners have heard about the Marriott so may feel comfortable staying in one. It's located in a very quiet area and not too far from the red light districts by taking the Sky Train or a taxi.
