Serviced apartments in Bangkok are run and operated just like a standard hotel in most parts. You get the same housekeeping service, front desk assistance and security. Most serviced apartments have excellent facilities for guest use such as fitness center, swimming pool, sauna and laundry service and machines.

Most guest friendly hotels require Thai I.D. cards from ladies who spend the night with you. Most serviced apartments don't require visiting ladies to do so, because in essence the rooms are your private living quarters. So be careful who you bring up and keep your valuables in the in-room safe or deposit box. And you are obviously responsible for any damages that may be caused just like any other regular hotel.

Admiral Suites Bangkok - 1599 THB 38/14 Sukhumvit Road Soi 22 Admiral Suites Bangkok is a really nice hotel property located in a quiet area. But all of the action is not too far away for anyone to enjoy. Not only is it close to Soi Cowboy it is also close to the oil massage parlors located around the BTS station Phrom Phrong. The posh Emporium Mall is close too and a great place to people watch.

Citadines Sukhumvit 8 - 1755 THB 77/7 Sukhumvit Road Soi 8 This Citadines is the closest to Nana Entertainment Plaza. About a 15 minute walk away. Though Citadines provides a tuk tuk service to Sukhumvit road to cut down on the walk time. The rooms at the Citadines are a bit small but the modern design offers guests a cozy comfortable room.

Citadines Sukhumvit 16 - 1869 THB 38 Sukhumvit Road Soi 16 This is another Citadines property just south of Soi Cowboy, about a 10 minute walk. It is close to the Sky Train and MRT subway station as well to get you around the areas of Bangkok. Rooms at this Citadines property are slightly bigger than the rest of it's sister properties in the areas.

President Park Bangkok - 1999 THB Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 President Park is located near the the oil massage parlors and Emporium shopping mall too. It's one of the most popular guest friendly hotels because of the affordable rates and excellent quality. It also doesn't hurt that you can call up oil massage girls to your room easily. Soi Cowboy is just a short 5 minute taxi ride away.

Citadines Sukhumvit 23 - 2045 THB 37/7 Sukhumvit Road Soi 23 Citadines Sukhumvit 23 is a serviced apartment so you'll often find a small kitchenette in such properties. Rooms are a good size here and since it's not that old the furnishings are modern and comfortable. It's about a 10 minute walk to Soi Cowboy from the hotel and the BTS Sky Train and MRT subway stations are very close too.

Citadines Sukhumvit 11 - 2100 THB 22/22 Sukhumvit Road Soi 11 Special Privilege: Free entrance at The Bed Supper Club on regular night and 15% discount all food Another fine Citadines serviced apartment property in the heart of Bangkok. This property is particularly attractive because its next to Bed Supper Club and Q Bar, some of Bangkok's finest clubs. Citadines 11 is in a prime location and one of the best out of all of the other Citadines properties in Bangkok.

Centre Point Petchburi 15 - 2180 THB 6 Soi 15, Petchburi Road Centre Point Petchburi 15 is one of the most excellent valued guest friendly accommodations in Bangkok. Even though the red light districts are not within walking distance you can still get there by riding the Sky Train at Ratchathewi station, about a 10 minute walk. If you can, ask for a high floor room facing Petchburi Road for a better view of the city. Plus the rooms are a little bigger on that side of the building.

Centre Point Sukhumvit 10 - 2410 THB Sukhumvit Road, Soi 10 This is another good serviced apartment run by Centre Point. To be quite honest you can't go wrong by staying in their properties. The rooms here are very comfortable with plenty of room, perfect for longer stay in Bangkok. It's about a 15 minute walk to Nana Entertainment Plaza from the hotel's location. The Nana BTS station is close by as well for exploring other parts of Bangkok and getting to Patpong Red Light District. And just like most of the other hotels in the area there are lots of freelancers on the main drag of Sukhumvit road.

Centre Point Silom - 2650 THB Charoenkrung Road, Soi 50 Centre Point Silom is a high quality hotel by the riverside.  The only draw back is that it's not the closest hotel to Patpong red light district. It's about a 10 minute taxi ride or a 30 minute walk. Better yet hop on the Sky Train at nearby Saphan Taksin BTS station and get off at Sala Daeng BTS station which is just a short 5 minute ride.

Jasmine Executive Suites - 3000 THB Sukhumvit Road, Soi 23 Jasmine Executive Suites is one of the hotels closest to Soi Cowboy. Rooms at this popular hotel are good sized and very well maintained. With an always attractive room rate Jasmine is a very popular hotel choice. You're also close to the BTS Asok station and Sukhumvit MRT station.

Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri - 3290 THB 153/2 Mahatlek Luang 1, Ratchadamri Road When it comes to luxury hotels this is a bargain. A friend of mine stayed here for business so I had a chance to take a look at this property. The guest facilities in this Centre Point is incredible such as the swimming pool and fitness center. It's not close to any red light districts, so you'll have to hop on the Sky Train at Chidlom station, which is about 10 minutes walk away and from there you can get to Patpong, Nana and Soi Cowboy red light district in 10 minutes.

Centre Point Langsuan - 3400 THB 60 Soi 1, Langsuan This Centre Point is located in a quiet area. The nearest BTS station is Chidlom and it'll take you to all of the red light districts easily in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Ascott Sathorn Bangkok - 3600 THB 187 South Sathorn Road The Ascott Sathorn is about a 10 minute taxi ride to Patpong red light district. Technically this property is a serviced apartment. But you still get the same full service and attention as a 4 star hotel. It is a classier property and the price reflects it but is absolutely worth the money.

Emporium Suites Bangkok - 4120 THB Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 The Emporium Suites is attached to the Emporium shopping mall, a very popular place for Thai's with money to shop and eat in. Emporium offers high quality rooms at really affordable rates with good guest facilities. There are loads of oil massage parlors around this area to visit in walking distance which makes Emporium Suites a very popular guest friendly hotel in the area. You can take the BTS Sky Train to Nana and Soi Cowboy red light districts which is only 1 train stop away.

Mayfair Marriott Serviced Executive Apartments - 4400 THB 60 Soi Langsuan This particular Marriott propery in Bangkok is designed for long term stay. However, many discount rates can be had for short stay. You can expect high service and very comfortable modern rooms at the Mayfair Marriott with top notch guest facilities. It's not close to the red light districts in terms of walking distance but you can walk to Chidlom BTS station in about 10 minutes and take the Sky Train to reach Patpong, Nana and Soi Cowboy in about 10 minutes.
