Reservation 24 Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation policy.

  • If cancelled less than  7 days before arrival: no refund
  • If cancelled less than 21 days before arrival: 50% refund (except 1 night stay: no refund)
  • If cancelled more than 21 days: 500 Baht administration fee.(unless mentioned otherwise)

Refund and cancellation policy during peak season (arrivals / stays 20 December to 15 January)

  • If cancelled less than  30 days before arrival: no refund
  • If cancelled 30  to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • If cancelled more than 60 days: 500 Baht administration fee
